Easier establishment of shooting ranges

Environmental and safety permits for shooting ranges will be combined into a single procedure, the processing of which will be transferred from municipalities to the National Police Board. At the same time, the size threshold for small shooting ranges covered by a lighter notification procedure will be increased.
