Strengthening home buyer protection

In the sale of new homes, using a construction work observer will become mandatory and a new post-inspection procedure will be laid down for remedying construction defects. In addition, the financial security of home buyers will be improved by amending the security deposit system and regulating intermediate housing agreements between rental and owner-occupied housing.
