Laki sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkomaksuista annetun lain 5 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkomaksuista annetun lain (950/2012) 5 §, sellaisena kuin se on laeissa 1149/2021 ja 1237/2023, seuraavasti:
5 §Sähköverkkomaksu
Jakeluverkon haltijan ja suurjännitteisen jakeluverkon haltijan sähköverkkomaksu on 1,8 promillea verkkotoiminnan edellisen päättyneen tilikauden myyntituotoista, kuitenkin vähintään 7 000 euroa.
Järjestelmävastaavan kantaverkonhaltijan sähköverkkomaksu on 760 000 euroa. Järjestelmävastaavalta kantaverkonhaltijalta ei peritä 1 momentissa tarkoitettua sähköverkkomaksua.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
