Laki Suomen metsäkeskuksesta annetun lain 39 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Suomen metsäkeskuksesta annetun lain (418/2011) 39 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 1421/2014, seuraavasti:
39 §Muut siirtymäsäännökset
Tämän lain 3 §:n 1 momenttia, 7 §:n 2 momenttia, 17—20 ja 24 §:ää, 25 §:n 3 momenttia, 27 ja 28 §:ää sekä soveltuvin osin 4 ja 5 §:ää sekä 9 §:n 1 momenttia sovelletaan 2 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitettuun eriytettyyn liiketoimintaan 31 päivään joulukuuta 2016 saakka.
Metsäkeskuksen liiketoiminta on eriytettävä kokonaisuudessaan metsäkeskuksen hoitamista julkisista hallintotehtävistä sisältäen myös 17 §:n 1 momentissa tarkoitetun toimivallan ja vastuun eriyttämisen viimeistään 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2017. Maa- ja metsätalousministeriö voi ohjata eriyttämisen toteuttamisen valmistelua metsäkeskuksessa. Ministeriö ja metsäkeskus sopivat edelliseen liittyvistä käytännön toimenpiteistä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
