Laki Kriminologian ja oikeuspolitiikan instituutista annetun lain 2 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Kriminologian ja oikeuspolitiikan instituutista annetun lain (1139/2007) 2 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1066/2014, seuraavasti:
2 §Johtaminen ja ohjaus
Instituutilla on johtokunta, joka ohjaa ja valvoo sen toimintaa. Johtokuntaan kuuluu yhdeksän jäsentä, ja sen asettaa Helsingin yliopiston rehtori. Oikeusministeriö nimeää jäsenistä viisi. Lisäksi instituutin henkilökunta valitsee keskuudestaan yhden jäsenen. Johtokunnan toimikausi on neljä vuotta.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Kriminologian ja oikeuspolitiikan instituutin johtokuntaan kuuluvan opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön nimeämän jäsenen toimikausi johtokunnassa päättyy tämän lain tullessa voimaan.
