Reforming international postal rules

1.Laki Maailman postiliiton yleissopimuksen toisesta lisäpöytäkirjasta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Dubaissa 19 päivänä syyskuuta 2025 tehdyn Maailman postiliiton yleissopimuksen toisen lisäpöytäkirjan lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Yleissopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
2.Laki postilain 77 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan postilain (415/2011) 77 §:n 3 momentti seuraavasti:

Tässä laissa postimaksumerkinnällä tarkoitetaan postilähetyksen maksutapoja, joita ovat julkisessa levityksessä olevat tai siitä poistetut postimerkit, postimaksuleimat ja postimaksu- tai painokoneella tuotetut merkinnät.
§
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
