1.Laki opiskelijavalintarekisteristä, korkeakoulujen valtakunnallisesta tietovarannosta ja ylioppilastutkintorekisteristä annetun lain 8 ja 9 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan opiskelijavalintarekisteristä, korkeakoulujen valtakunnallisesta tietovarannosta ja ylioppilastutkintorekisteristä annetun lain (1058/1998) 8 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti sekä lisätään 9 §:ään uusi 3 momentti seuraavasti:
8 §Tietolähteet, tietosisältö ja tietojen säilytysaika
Rekisterinpitäjä merkitsee rekisteriin ylioppilastutkinnon suorittamista koskevat tiedot. Lukiokoulutuksen järjestäjän tulee toimittaa rekisteriin muut tässä pykälässä tarkoitetut tiedot.
Ylioppilastutkintorekisteriin talletetaan:
1) kokeisiin ilmoittautuneiden ja osallistuneiden nimi, henkilötunnus, sukupuoli, äidinkieli sekä suoritettua ylioppilastutkintoon osallistumisen ja ylioppilastutkinnon myöntämisen edellyttämää koulutusta koskevat tiedot;
2) koesuoritukset ja arvostelumerkinnät sekä kokelaiden saamat arvosanat ja pistemäärät eri kokeista;
3) tutkinnon suorittamisen tai hylkäämisen, tutkinnon jälkeen uusittujen kokeiden sekä tutkinnon täydentämisen ajankohta.
9 §Tietojen luovuttaminen
Ylioppilastutkintorekisterin tietojen luovuttamiseen sovelletaan muutoin, mitä viranomaisten toiminnan julkisuudesta annetussa laissa säädetään.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Vuosina 2016—2018 järjestettävinä ylioppilastutkinnon tutkintokertoina talletetaan 8 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetut koesuoritukset ja arvostelumerkinnät ylioppilastutkintorekisteriin ainoastaan ylioppilastutkinnon järjestämisestä annetun lain (672/2005) 1 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitettujen sähköisten kokeiden osalta.
2.Laki ylioppilastutkinnon järjestämisestä annetun lain 1 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan ylioppilastutkinnon järjestämisestä annetun lain (672/2005) 1 §:n 2 momentti seuraavasti:
1 §Ylioppilastutkinto ja pakolliset kokeet
Ylioppilastutkinto suoritetaan suomeksi tai ruotsiksi. Ylioppilastutkintoon kuuluvat kokeet ovat kirjallisia tai sähköisiä. Niihin voi kuulua suullisia tehtäviä.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
