Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §Kumottavat säännökset
Tällä lailla kumotaan
1) yritys- ja yhteisötietolain (244/2001) 2 §:n 8 kohta, 4 §:n 2 momentin 12 kohta ja 9 a §, sellaisina kuin ne ovat, 2 §:n 8 kohta ja 9 a § laissa 192/2014 sekä 4 §:n 2 momentin 12 kohta laissa 1162/2021;
2) Finanssivalvonnasta annetun lain (878/2008) 3 §:n 3 momentin 11 kohta ja 5 §:n 26 kohta, sellaisena kuin ne ovat, 3 §:n 3 momentin 11 kohta laissa 611/2014 ja 5 §:n 26 kohta laissa 198/2015;
3) Finanssivalvonnan valvontamaksuista annetun lain (1209/2023) 1 §:n 7 kohdan f alakohta ja 10 §:n 11 kohta.
2 §Voimaantulo
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3 §Siirtymäsäännökset
Jos kansainvälistä yhteisötunnistetta koskeva hakemus on vireillä tämän lain voimaantullessa, Patentti- ja rekisterihallitus tekee hakemuksen sillensä jättämistä koskevan päätöksen.
Patentti- ja rekisterihallitus vastaa rekisteröintivelvollisen kansainvälisen yhteisötunnisteen hallinnoinnista tämän lain voimaantulon jälkeenkin, kunnes tunniste on siirretty toiselle kansainvälisen yhteisötunnisteen tarjoajalle.
Patentti- ja rekisterihallituksen hallinnoimat kansainväliset yhteisötunnisteet tulee siirtää toiselle kansainvälisen yhteisötunnisteen tarjoajalle 18 kuukauden kuluessa tämän lain voimaantulosta. Patentti- ja rekisterihallitus voi omalla päätöksellään jatkaa kansainvälisten yhteisötunnisteiden hallinnointia tämän lisäksi enintään 12 kuukaudella, jos siirtäminen viivästyy siitä johtumattomasta syystä.
Rekisteröintivelvollisen kansainvälinen yhteisötunniste poistetaan yritys- ja yhteisötietojärjestelmästä sekä yritys- ja yhteisötunnusrekisteristä vasta tunnisteen siirtämisen jälkeen.
