Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan Alankomaiden kuningaskunnan kanssa Antillien osalta automaattisesta tietojenvaihdosta säästöjen tuottamista korkotuloista tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta annettu laki (340/2005).
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2023.
