Laki tupakkalain 120 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan tupakkalain (549/2016) 120 §:n 7 momentti seuraavasti:

Mitä 58 §:ssä säädetään sähkösavukkeiden ja nikotiininesteiden rajat ylittävästä etämyynnistä ja 65 §:ssä niiden maahantuontikiellosta etäviestimen välityksellä, sovelletaan 1 päivästä tammikuuta 2017.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
