1.Laki takuueläkkeestä annetun lain 8 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan takuueläkkeestä annetun lain (703/2010) 8 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1451/2015, seuraavasti:
8 §Takuueläkkeen määrä
Täysimääräinen takuueläke on 624,24 euroa kuukaudessa.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki vammaisetuuksista annetun lain 9 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan vammaisetuuksista annetun lain (570/2007) 9 §:n 3 momentin 1 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1352/2014, seuraavasti:
9 §Eläkettä saavan hoitotuki
Hoitotukena myönnetään:
1) perushoitotukea 56,78 euroa kuukaudessa, jos henkilö tarvitsee henkilökohtaisissa toiminnoissaan, kotitaloustöissä ja asioinnissa kodin ulkopuolella säännöllisesti vähintään viikoittain toisen henkilön apua tai ohjausta ja valvontaa;

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3.Laki Kansaneläkelaitoksen kuntoutusetuuksista ja kuntoutusrahaetuuksista annetun lain 35 ja 70 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Kansaneläkelaitoksen kuntoutusetuuksista ja kuntoutusrahaetuuksista annetun lain (566/2005) 35 § ja 70 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin niistä on 35 § laissa 1344/2016, seuraavasti:
35 §Ammatillisessa kuntoutuksessa olevan ja nuoren kuntoutusrahan vähimmäismäärä
Kuntoutuksen toteutumisen turvaamiseksi ammatillisessa kuntoutuksessa olevan kuntoutusrahan ja nuoren kuntoutusrahan vähimmäismäärä on 28,81 euroa arkipäivältä, jollei kuntoutujalla muiden tämän lain säännösten nojalla ole oikeus määrältään tätä suurempaan kuntoutusrahaan.
70 §Siirtymäsäännökset
Lain 35 ja 37 §:ssä säädetty rahamäärä vastaa vuodelle 2010 vahvistettua kansaneläkeindeksistä annetussa laissa tarkoitettua pistelukua.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
