Laki valtioneuvostosta annetun lain 2 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan valtioneuvostosta annetun lain (175/2003) 2 §:n 3 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1137/2014, seuraavasti:
2 §Ministeriöiden toimialat, yhteiset tehtävät ja ministeriöiden välinen yhteistyö
Valtioneuvoston kanslia vastaa valtioneuvoston ja sen ministeriöiden yhteisistä hallinto- ja palvelutehtävistä. Valtioneuvoston ja sen ministeriöiden yhteisen tiedonhallinnan osalta valtioneuvoston kanslia toimii julkisen hallinnon tiedonhallinnasta annetussa laissa (906/2019) tarkoitettuna tiedonhallintayksikkönä ja vastaa tältä osin tiedonhallinnasta ja mainitun lain 13 §:n 2–5 momentissa, 14–18 §:ssä ja 5 luvussa viranomaiselle säädetyistä tehtävistä. Valtioneuvoston kanslia ohjaa ja yhteensovittaa yhteisiin hallinto-ja palvelutehtäviin sekä tiedonhallintaan liittyviä toimintatapoja.
