Laki lentoliikenteen valvontamaksusta annetun lain 4 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan lentoliikenteen valvontamaksusta annetun lain (1249/2005) 4 §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1236/2011, seuraavasti:
4 §Lentoliikenteen valvontamaksun määrä ja perusteet
Lentoliikenteen valvontamaksun määrä on lentoasemakohtaisesti 1,00 euroa jokaiselta edellisenä kalenterivuonna lentoasemalta kaupallisessa ilmakuljetuksessa olevalla ilma-aluksella lähteneeltä, vähintään kaksivuotiaalta matkustajalta. Maksu peritään vain 20 000 euroa ylittävältä osalta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20.
