1.Laki yrittäjän eläkelain muuttamisesta annetun lain voimaantulosäännöksen muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan yrittäjän eläkelain muuttamisesta annetun lain (1157/2022) voimaantulossäännöksen 4 momentti seuraavasti:
§
Työtuloa, joka on vahvistettu edellisen kerran ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa, voidaan tämän lain voimaantulon jälkeen tapahtuvalla ensimmäisellä tarkistuskerralla tarkistaa enintään 4 000 euroa ylöspäin ja toisella tarkistuskerralla edellisellä kerralla vahvistetusta työtulosta enintään 4 000 euroa ylöspäin. Työtuloa, joka on vahvistettu alkamaan ensimmäisen kerran 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2023 tai sen jälkeen mutta viimeistään 31 päivänä joulukuuta 2025, voidaan tämän lain voimaantulon jälkeen mutta ennen 1 päivää tammikuuta 2029 tapahtuvalla ensimmäisellä tarkistuskerralla tarkistaa enintään 4 000 euroa ylöspäin. 2.Laki tapaturman ja palvelussairauden korvaamisesta kriisinhallintatehtävässä annetun lain 11 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan tapaturman ja palvelussairauden korvaamisesta kriisinhallintatehtävässä annetun lain (1522/2016) 11 §:n 1 momentti seuraavasti:
11 §Psyykkinen tuki ja hoito
Palvelukseen osallistuneella on oikeus psyykkisen tuen tai hoidon aiheuttamien kustannusten korvaukseen kuntoutuksena. Tuen tai hoidon tarpeella tulee olla todennäköinen syy-yhteys palvelukseen tai tehtävään. Psyykkisen tuen tai hoidon kustannuksia korvataan enintään kahden vuoden ajalta tuen tarpeen ilmenemisestä. Tuen tarpeen arvioi Valtiokonttorin osoittama hoitopaikka.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
