Laki Ahvenanmaan itsehallintolain 30 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti, joka on tehty perustuslain 73 §:ssä säädetyllä tavalla, sekä Ahvenanmaan maakuntapäivien päätöksen mukaisesti, joka on tehty 16 päivänä elokuuta 1991 annetun Ahvenanmaan itsehallintolain (1144/1991) 69 §:n 1 momentissa säädetyllä tavalla, muutetaan Ahvenanmaan itsehallintolain 30 §:n 11 kohta seuraavasti:
30 §Toimivalta ja menettely hallintoasioissa
Hallinnosta valtakunnan lainsäädäntövallan piiriin kuuluvissa asioissa huolehtivat valtakunnan viranomaiset noudattaen seuraavaa:
11) kuluttajaneuvontaa koskevan lainsäädännön mukaan Kilpailu- ja kuluttajavirastolle kuuluvista tehtävistä maakunnassa huolehtivat maakunnan viranomaiset maakunnan ja valtion välisen sopimuksen mukaisesti;
