Laki valtiokonttorista annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään valtiokonttorista annettuun lakiin (305/1991) uusi 4 a § seuraavasti:
4 a §
Valtiokonttori voi siirtää sille 2 §:ssä säädettyyn tehtävään liittyvän avustavan tehtävän hoitamisen sellaiselle yksityiselle toimijalle, jolla on siihen riittävät tekniset edellytykset sekä riittävä osaaminen. Avustavalla tehtävällä tarkoitetaan valtiokonttorille toimitettavien asiakirjojen vastaanottoa, lajittelua sekä asiakirjojen ja niihin sisältyvien tietojen tallentamista.
Julkisen hallinnon yhteisistä sähköisistä tukipalveluista säädetään hallinnon yhteisistä sähköisen asioinnin tukipalveluista annetussa laissa (571/2016).
Edellä 1 momentissa tarkoitettuja avustavia tehtäviä hoitava henkilö toimii tehtäviä suorittaessaan rikosoikeudellisella virkavastuulla. Vahingonkorvauksesta säädetään vahingonkorvauslaissa (412/1974).

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
