Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tutkimustarkoituksessa siirrettävän käytetyn ydinpolttoaineen ja sen tutkimustoiminnan seurauksena syntyvän radioaktiivisen jätteen loppusijoittamisesta Ruotsin kuningaskunnan alueella Suomen hallituksen ja Ruotsin hallituksen välillä Helsingissä 13 päivänä maaliskuuta 2026 ja 16 päivänä huhtikuuta 2026 sekä Tukholmassa 23 päivänä maaliskuuta 2026 tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
