Preventing Guernsey tax treaty abuse
The approval and bringing into force of the protocols amending certain agreements on income taxation concluded with Guernsey

Laki eräiden tuloverotusta koskevien Guernseyn kanssa tehtyjen sopimusten muuttamista koskevista pöytäkirjoista
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tietojen vaihtamisesta veroasioissa, luonnollisten henkilöiden kaksinkertaisen verotuksen välttämiseksi, laivoja tai ilma-aluksia kansainvälisessä liikenteessä käyttävien yritysten kaksinkertaisen verotuksen välttämiseksi ja keskinäisestä sopimusmenettelystä etuyhteydessä keskenään olevien yritysten tulon oikaisemisen yhteydessä Suomen tasavallan ja Guernseyn alueen välillä tehtyjen sopimusten (SopS 21 ja 84/2009) muuttamisesta Helsingissä 12 päivänä maaliskuuta 2020 ja Guernseyssä 24 päivänä huhtikuuta 2020 tehtyjen pöytäkirjojen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Pöytäkirjojen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
