Laki sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkomaksuista annetun lain 5 ja 6 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkomaksuista annetun lain (950/2012) 5 ja 6 §, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 1079/2016, seuraavasti:
5 §Sähköverkkomaksu
Jakeluverkon haltijan ja suurjännitteisen jakeluverkon haltijan sähköverkkomaksu on 1,6 promillea verkkotoiminnan edellisen päättyneen tilikauden myyntituotoista, kuitenkin vähintään 6 000 euroa.
Järjestelmävastaavan kantaverkonhaltijan sähköverkkomaksu on 750 000 euroa. Järjestelmävastaavalta kantaverkonhaltijalta ei peritä 1 momentissa tarkoitettua sähköverkkomaksua.
6 §Maakaasuverkkomaksu
Maakaasunjakeluverkon haltijan maakaasuverkkomaksu on 1,6 promillea verkkotoiminnan edellisen päättyneen tilikauden myyntituotoista, kuitenkin vähintään 6 000 euroa.
Järjestelmävastaavan siirtoverkonhaltijan maakaasuverkkomaksu on 300 000 euroa. Järjestelmävastaavalta siirtoverkonhaltijalta ei peritä 1 momentissa tarkoitettua maakaasuverkkomaksua.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan 1 päivänä tammikuuta 2022.
