Laki arpajaislain muuttamisesta annetun lain voimaantulosäännöksen muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan arpajaislain muuttamisesta annetun lain (1284/2021) voimaantulosäännöksen 2 momentti seuraavasti:
§
Lain 14 §:n 1 momenttia sovelletaan kuitenkin pelipisteessä tapahtuvaan rahapelaamiseen vasta 1 päivästä heinäkuuta 2023. Raha-automaattia pelattaessa 14 §:n 1 momenttia sovelletaan kuitenkin jo lain voimaantulosta lukien. Muissa kuin sähköisesti toimeenpantavissa raha-arpajaisissa 14 §:n 1 momenttia sovelletaan kuitenkin vasta 1 päivästä tammikuuta 2024. Lain 62 l - 62 n §:ää sovelletaan kuitenkin vasta 1 päivästä tammikuuta 2023.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
