Laki kestävän metsätalouden määräaikaisen rahoituslain 7 ja 48 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kestävän metsätalouden määräaikaisen rahoituslain (34/2015) 7 § ja 48 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti seuraavasti:
7§Muu julkinen tuki
Tämän lain nojalla myönnettävän tuen edellytyksenä on, ettei rahoitettavaan työhön tai toimenpiteeseen ole myönnetty muuta etuutta julkisista varoista.
Tämän lain nojalla myönnetty tuki peritään takaisin, jos tuen maksamisen jälkeen käy ilmi, että työhön tai toimenpiteeseen on myönnetty muu etuus julkisista varoista.
48 §Voimaantulo- ja siirtymäsäännökset
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella. Tämä laki on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2023.
Tämän lain muita kuin tuen myöntämistä koskevia säännöksiä sovelletaan kuitenkin tämän lain nojalla myönnettyyn tukeen lain voimassaoloajan päätyttyä. Tämän lain nojalla myönnetty tuki tulee maksaa viimeistään 31 päivänä joulukuuta 2026.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
