Laki eurooppalaisesta ajoneuvo- ja ajokorttitietojärjestelmästä tehdystä sopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Eurooppalaisesta ajoneuvo- ja ajokorttitietojärjestelmästä Luxemburgissa 29 päivänä kesäkuuta 2000 tehdyn sopimuksen, sellaisena kuin se on muutettuna Luxemburgissa 8 päivänä kesäkuuta 2017 tehdyllä pöytäkirjalla, lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
