Laki pienhiukkasten, pilvien ja hivenkaasujen tutkimusinfrastruktuurin oikeushenkilöllisyydestä ja osittaisesta verovapaudesta Suomessa
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Pienhiukkasten, pilvien ja hivenkaasujen tutkimusinfrastruktuuri ( ACTRIS ERIC ) on eurooppalaiseen tutkimusinfrastruktuurikonsortioon (ERIC) sovellettavasta yhteisön oikeudellisesta kehyksestä annetussa neuvoston asetuksessa (EY) N:o 723/2009 tarkoitettu oikeushenkilö, jolla on Suomessa oikeuskelpoisuus. Se voi hankkia, omistaa ja luovuttaa irtainta, kiinteää ja henkistä omaisuutta, tehdä sopimuksia ja olla osapuolena oikeudenkäynneissä.
2 §
ACTRIS ERIC on vapautettu arvonlisäverosta ja valmisteverosta niillä edellytyksillä ja rajoituksilla, jotka on sovittu sen perussäännössä sellaisena kuin se on ACTRIS ERICiä perustettaessa.
3 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
