Laki riistanhoitomaksusta ja pyyntilupamaksusta annetun lain 1 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan riistanhoitomaksusta ja pyyntilupamaksusta annetun lain (616/1993) 1 §, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1024/2018, seuraavasti:
1 §
Jokaisen, joka harjoittaa metsästystä tai toimii metsästyslain (615/1993) 30 §:ssä tarkoitettuna metsästyksen johtajana, on metsästysvuosittain suoritettava valtiolle riistanhoitomaksu. Henkilö, joka toimii metsästäjän apuna koiran ohjaajana tai hirvieläimen metsästyksessä ajomiehenä taikka vastaavalla tavalla avustaa metsästyksessä, ei ole velvollinen suorittamaan riistanhoitomaksua. Maksun suorittaneelle annetaan metsästyskortti. Suomen riistakeskus antaa metsästyskortista pyynnöstä maksajalle jäljennöksen.
Riistanhoitomaksun suuruus on 43 euroa metsästysvuodelta. Jos henkilö on metsästysvuoden alkaessa alle 18-vuotias, riistanhoitomaksun suuruus on 22 euroa.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 . Tämän lain 1 §:n 2 momenttia sovelletaan ensimmäisen kerran metsästysvuodelta 2023–2024 suoritettavaan riistanhoitomaksuun.
