Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kolmansien maiden kansalaisten maahantulon ja oleskelun edellytyksistä kausityöntekijöinä työskentelyä varten annetun lain (907/2017) 1 §:n 2 momentti ja 24 §:n 1 momentti seuraavasti:
1 §Lain tarkoitus ja soveltamisala
Tätä lakia sovelletaan kausiluonteiseen toimintaan maa- ja metsätalouden sekä matkailun aloilla.
24 §Asetuksenantovaltuus kausiluonteisista toimialoista
Valtioneuvoston asetuksella säädetään tarkemmin niistä maa- ja metsätalouden sekä matkailun alaan kuuluvista toimialoista, joihin kuuluu kausiluonteista toimintaa.
