Laki Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Japanin välisestä strategisesta kumppanuussopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Japanin välillä Tokiossa 17 päivänä heinäkuuta 2018 tehdyn strategisen kumppanuussopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
