Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan Tanskan, Suomen, Norjan ja Ruotsin välillä puolustusmateriaalialan teollisuuden yhteistyön tukemisesta tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta annettu laki (384/2002).
2 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
