Laki henkilötietojen käsittelystä poliisitoimessa annetun lain muuttamisesta annetun lain voimaantulosäännöksen muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan henkilötietojen käsittelystä poliisitoimessa annetun lain muuttamisesta annetun lain (1181/2013) voimaantulosäännöksen 3 momentti seuraavasti:
§
Tässä laissa tarkoitettu tietojenkäsittely on toteutettava tämän lain mukaisena neljän vuoden kuluessa lain voimaantulosta. Tietojen poistaminen poliisiasiain tietojärjestelmästä on kuitenkin toteutettava 22 §:n mukaisesti kuuden vuoden kuluessa lain voimaantulosta.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
