Laki maatalousyrittäjien lomituspalvelulain väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään maatalousyrittäjien lomituspalvelulain (1231/1996) 27 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1663/2015, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti, 27 b §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1663/2015, väliaikaisesti uusi 2 momentti, 28 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1663/2015, väliaikaisesti uusi 3 momentti sekä 28 a §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1663/2015, väliaikaisesti uusi 4 momentti seuraavasti:
27 §Sijaisavusta perittävät maksut
Työtulon perusteella 1 momentin mukaan määrättyä tuntimaksua alennetaan 31 prosentilla vuonna 2017 pidetyssä sijaisavussa.
27 b §Yritystoiminnan järjestelyjä varten annettavasta sijaisavusta perittävä maksu
Sen estämättä, mitä 1 momentissa säädetään, sijaisavun saajalta peritään 7 i §:n perusteella vuonna 2017 pidetystä sijaisavusta 12 euroa tunnilta. Sen estämättä, mitä 47 b §:n 2 momentissa säädetään, tässä momentissa mainittu rahamäärä vastaa vuoden 2017 palkkakertoimen tasoa.
28 §Maksullisesta lomittaja-avusta perittävät maksut
Sen estämättä, mitä 1 momentissa säädetään, maatalousyrittäjältä peritään 16 b §:n 1 momentissa ja 24 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetusta vuonna 2017 pidetystä lomittaja-avusta 12 euroa tunnilta.
