Laki korkeakouluopiskelijoiden opiskeluterveydenhuollosta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään korkeakouluopiskelijoiden opiskeluterveydenhuollosta annettuun lakiin uusi 31 a § seuraavasti:
31 a §Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiön oikeus saada tietoja
Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiöllä on oikeus saada pyynnöstä vastikkeetta ja salassapitosäännösten estämättä opiskeluterveydenhuollon palvelujen saatavuuden ja saavutettavuuden varmistamiseksi sekä opiskelijan riittäväksi yksilöimiseksi välttämättömät tiedot korkeakoulujen valtakunnallisen tietovarannon rekisterinpitäjiltä.
Jos opiskelijalla ei ole suomalaista henkilötunnusta, henkilötunnuksen sijaan Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiö saa pyytää 1 momentissa tarkoitettujen tietojen lisäksi opiskelijan oppijanumeron ja tiedon opiskelijan sukupuolesta luodakseen väliaikaisen hänet yksilöivän tunnuksen. Väliaikaista yksilöivää tunnusta saa käyttää vain, kun opiskelijan tietoja käsitellään opiskeluterveydenhuollossa.
Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiöllä on oikeus terveystarkastuksen järjestämistä varten saada 1 ja 2 momentissa mainittujen tietojen lisäksi tieto siitä, onko korkeakouluopiskelija ensimmäisen vuoden opiskelija. Ylioppilaiden terveydenhoitosäätiöllä on myös oikeus saada pyynnöstä vastikkeetta ja salassapitosäännösten estämättä terveystarkastukseen oikeutettujen opiskelijoiden yhteystiedot, jotta tarkastuksesta voidaan tiedottaa heille riittävästi. Tällainen tieto on joko opiskelijan henkilökohtainen puhelinnumero tai, jos hänellä ei ole omaa puhelinnumeroa tai sitä ei ole saatavissa, kotiosoite.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
