Laki laivaväestä ja aluksen turvallisuusjohtamisesta annetun lain 26 b §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan laivaväestä ja aluksen turvallisuusjohtamisesta annetun lain (1687/2009) 26 b §:n 4 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 253/2019, seuraavasti:
26 b §Miehistöluettelo
Päällikön on sellaisilla kaupallista kalastustoimintaa harjoittavilla kalastusaluksilla, joilla kalastustoimintaa harjoitetaan työsopimuksen perusteella, toimitettava miehistöluettelon tiedot maihin ennen aluksen lähtöä tai välittömästi lähdön jälkeen. Tiedot on toimitettava laivaisännälle tai jos hän on mukana aluksella, muulle yhteyshenkilölle. Pyydettäessä laivanisännän tai muun yhteyshenkilön on toimitettava miehistöluettelon tiedot Rajavartiolaitokselle.
