Laki kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuudesta annetun lain 33 a §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään kunnan peruspalvelujen valtionosuudesta annetun lain (1704/2009) 33 a §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 676/2014, uusi 4 momentti seuraavasti:
33 a §Siirtymätasaus vuosina 2015—2019
Siirtymätasaus toteutetaan kustannusneutraalisti kuntien ja valtion välillä. Kuntien peruspalvelujen valtionosuutta vähennetään siirtymätasausta vastaavasti kunnittain asukasta kohden tasasuuruisesti.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 2015.
Tätä lakia sovelletaan myös ennen sen voimaantuloa toteuttaviin siirtymätasauksiin.
