Laki sotilasavustuslain 11 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään sotilasavustuslain (781/1993) 11 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laeissa 963/2017 ja 1171/2018, uusi 2 momentti seuraavasti:
