Laki työttömyysturvalain 4 ja 11 luvun väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan väliaikaisesti työttömyysturvalain (1290/2002) 11 luvun 8 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 473/2009. lisätään 4 lukuun väliaikaisesti uusi 9 § seuraavasti:

9 §Sovittelua koskeva väliaikainen poikkeus
Poiketen siitä, mitä tässä luvussa säädetään, sovitteluun ei sovelleta 2 §:n 4 momentissa eikä 4 §:n 2 momentissa säädettyä 1 päivän joulukuuta 2021 ja 31 päivän joulukuuta 2022 välisenä aikana mainitut päivät mukaan lukien.
11 luku – Toimeenpanoa koskevat säännökset
8 §Työttömyysetuuden maksaminen ilman päätöstä
Ennakkoa voi olla maksettuna yhteensä enintään kuudelta kuukaudelta. Ennakko vähennetään myöhemmin myönnettävästä työttömyysetuudesta etuutta maksettaessa. Ennakko voidaan katsoa myös muun myöhemmin myönnettävän työttömyysetuuden ennakkosuoritukseksi. Kansaneläkelaitos tai työttömyyskassa voi tällöin kuitata myöhemmin myönnettävästä etuudesta ennakkomaksuna liikaa maksamansa etuuden määrän.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 ja on voimassa 31 päivään joulukuuta 2022.
Tätä lakia sovelletaan työttömyysetuuden maksamiseen sellaiselta hakujaksolta, joka alkaa 1 päivänä joulukuuta 2021 tai sen jälkeen, kuitenkin viimeistään 31 päivänä joulukuuta 2022.
Lain 11 luvun 8 §:n 2 momenttia sovelletaan työttömyysetuuden maksamiseen myös, kun hakemus olisi saapunut ennen tämän lain voimaantuloa.
