Laki rikosuhrimaksusta annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätökseen mukaisesti muutetaan rikosuhrimaksusta annetun lain (669/2015) 3 §, 4 §:n 2 momentti ja 5 § seuraavasti:
3 §Maksun määrä
Rikosuhrimaksu on 60 euroa, jos rangaistus tuomitaan yhdestä tai useammasta rikoksesta, joista vähintään yhdestä säädetty ankarin rangaistus on vankeutta enintään kuusi kuukautta.
Rikosuhrimaksu on 120 euroa, jos rangaistus tuomitaan yhdestä tai useammasta rikoksesta, joista vähintään yhdestä säädetty ankarin rangaistus on vankeutta enemmän kuin kuusi kuukautta.
Oikeushenkilölle määrättävä rikosuhrimaksu on 1 200 euroa.
4 §Maksun määrääminen
