1.Laki siemenkauppalain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti: lisätään siemenkauppalakiin (728/2000) siitä lailla 893/2001 kumotun 35 §:n tilalle uusi 35 § seuraavasti:
35 §Kansallisesti tärkeiden peltokasvilajien siemenhuollon turvaaminen
Kansallisesti tärkeiden peltokasvilajien siemenhuollon turvaamiseksi voidaan kasvinjalostusyritykselle huoltovarmuusrahaston varoista maksaa korvausta lajikkeiden jalostustyöstä, joka tapahtuu Suomessa, ja kantasiementuotannosta. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella annetaan säännökset korvaukseen oikeuttavista kasvilajeista ja -lajikkeista sekä muista korvausperusteista.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki kasvinjalostustoiminnan edistämisestä annetun lain kumoamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Tällä lailla kumotaan kasvinjalostustoiminnan edistämisestä annettu laki (896/1977).
2 §
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
Vuonna 2015 perityistä kasvinjalostusmaksuista suoritetaan vuonna 2016 kasvinjalostajille kasvinjalostustukea tämän lain voimaan tullessa voimassa olleiden säännösten mukaisesti.
