Laki yhteisestä ilmailualueesta Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Armenian välillä tehdystä sopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Yhteisestä ilmailualueesta Euroopan unionin ja sen jäsenvaltioiden sekä Armenian tasavallan välillä Brysselissä 15 päivänä marraskuuta 2021 tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Sopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta sekä soveltamisesta ennen sopimuksen kansainvälistä voimaantuloa säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella voidaan säätää, että tätä lakia sovelletaan ennen sopimuksen kansainvälistä voimaantuloa.
