Laki koulumatkatukilain väliaikaisesta muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään koulumatkatukilakiin (48/1997) väliaikaisesti uusi 3 b § seuraavasti:
3 b §Koulumatkatuen myöntämisen edellytyksistä poikkeaminen covid-19-epidemiaan liittyvien opetusjärjestelyjen vuoksi
Poiketen siitä, mitä 3 §:n 3 momentissa säädetään, koulumatkatuen myöntämisen edellytyksenä on, että koulumatkatukeen oikeutetulla opiskelijalla on vähintään kahdeksan koulumatkatukeen oikeuttavaa edestakaista matkaa kalenterikuukaudessa, jos opiskelijan päivittäisten koulumatkojen määrä on vähentynyt covid-19-epidemiaan liittyvien opetusjärjestelyjen muutoksien vuoksi.
