Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään rakennusten varustamisesta sähköajoneuvojen latauspisteillä ja latauspistevalmiuksilla sekä automaatio- ja ohjausjärjestelmillä annettuun (733/2020) lakiin uusi 15 a § seuraavasti:

15 a §Eräiden rakennusten vapauttaminen tarkastusvaatimuksesta
Rakennusten energiatehokkuudesta annetun Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston direktiivin 2010/31/EU, sellaisena kuin se on muutettuna Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston direktiivillä (EU) 2018/844, 14 artiklan 1 kohdassa ja 15 artiklan 1 kohdassa säädetyt tarkastusvaatimukset eivät koske:
11–14 §:n vaatimukset täyttäviä rakennuksia; eivätkä
asuinrakennuksia, joissa on:
jatkuva sähköinen seurantatoiminto, jolla mitataan järjestelmien tehokkuutta ja ilmoitetaan rakennuksen omistajille tai hoitajille, jos tehokkuus on merkittävästi vähentynyt tai järjestelmän huolto on tarpeen; ja
tehokkaita ohjaustoimintoja, joilla varmistetaan energian optimaalinen tuottaminen, jakelu, varastointi ja käyttö.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
