Laki Innovaatiorahoituskeskus Tekesistä annetun lain 3 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti lisätään Innovaatiorahoituskeskus Tekesistä annetun lain (717/2008) 3 §:ään, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 963/2013, uusi 4 momentti, jolloin nykyinen 4 momentti siirtyy 5 momentiksi, seuraavasti:
3 §Tekesin tehtävät
Tekes hoitaa myös elinkeino-, energia- ja ympäristöpoliittisiin tukiin liittyviä valtionapuviranomaisen tehtäviä. Valtioneuvoston asetuksella annetaan tarkempia säännöksiä edellä mainituista tehtävistä.
