Laki korkeakoulututkintojen tunnustamisesta tehdystä maailmanlaajuisesta yleissopimuksesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti säädetään:
1 §
Korkeakoulututkintojen tunnustamisesta Pariisissa 25. päivänä marraskuuta 2019 Yhdistyneiden kansakuntien kasvatus- tiede- ja kulttuurijärjestön yleiskokouksen päätöksellä 40 C/päätöslauselma 85 hyväksytyn maailmanlaajuisen yleissopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvat määräykset ovat lakina voimassa sellaisina kuin Suomi on niihin sitoutunut.
2 §
Yleissopimuksen muiden kuin lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
3 §
Tämän lain voimaantulosta säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
