Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sähkö- ja maakaasuverkkomaksuista annetun lain (950/2012) 5 §:n 1 momentti ja 6 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 1149/2021, seuraavasti:
5 §Sähköverkkomaksu
Jakeluverkon haltijan ja suurjännitteisen jakeluverkon haltijan sähköverkkomaksu on 1,7 promillea verkkotoiminnan edellisen päättyneen tilikauden myyntituotoista, kuitenkin vähintään 7 000 euroa.
6 §Maakaasuverkkomaksu
Maakaasunjakeluverkon haltijan maakaasuverkkomaksu on 1,7 promillea verkkotoiminnan edellisen päättyneen tilikauden myyntituotoista, kuitenkin vähintään 7 000 euroa.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
