Laki rahankeräyslain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan rahankeräyslain (255/2006) 6 §:n 1 momentti, 7 §:n 1 momentin 5 kohta ja 11 §:n 3 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 652/2014, sekä lisätään 7 §:n 1 momenttiin, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 652/2014, uusi 6 kohta seuraavasti:
6 §Keräystarkoitus
Rahankeräys saadaan toimeenpanna varojen hankkimiseksi yksinomaan yleishyödylliseen toimintaan. Kansallisgallerialla on oikeus toimeenpanna rahankeräyksiä varojen hankkimiseksi Kansallisgalleriasta annetun lain (889/2013) 2 §:ssä tarkoitetuista tehtävistä huolehtimiseen sekä vuosina 2014—2019 Kansallisgallerian pääomittamiseksi. Suomen evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon ja Suomen ortodoksisen kirkon hiippakunnalla on oikeus toimeenpanna rahankeräyksiä varojen hankkimiseksi diakoniatyön rahoittamiseen. Yliopistolain (558/2009) 1 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetulla yliopistolla on oikeus toimeenpanna rahankeräyksiä varojen hankkimiseksi mainitun lain 2 §:ssä tarkoitetuista tehtävistä huolehtimiseen sekä vuosina 2014—2019 yliopiston pääomittamiseen. Ammattikorkeakoululaissa (932/2014) tarkoitetulla ammattikorkeakoululla on oikeus toimeenpanna rahankeräyksiä varojen hankkimiseksi mainitun lain 4 §:ssä tarkoitetuista tehtävistä huolehtimiseen sekä vuosina 2017—2019 ammattikorkeakoulun pääomittamiseen.
7 §Luvan saaja
Rahankeräyslupa voidaan antaa:
5) yliopistolle;
6) ammattikorkeakoululle.
11 §Lupaviranomainen
Poliisihallitus antaa rahankeräysluvan poliisilaitoksen toimialuetta laajemmalla alueella toimeenpantavaan rahankeräykseen, Kansallisgallerian, Suomen evankelis-luterilaisen kirkon ja Suomen ortodoksisen kirkon hiippakunnan toimeenpanemaan rahankeräykseen sekä yliopiston ja ammattikorkeakoulun toimeenpanemaan rahankeräykseen.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
