Laki Suomen metsäkeskuksen metsätietojärjestelmästä annetun lain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan Suomen metsäkeskuksen metsätietojärjestelmästä annetun lain (419/2011) 8 §:n 2 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 468/2012, ja lisätään lakiin uusi 13 b § seuraavasti:
8 §Julkisten tietojen luovuttaminen teknisen käyttöyhteyden avulla
Tietojärjestelmän julkisia tietoja voidaan luovuttaa teknisen käyttöyhteyden avulla metsätalouteen liittyvää kaupallista tai muuta hyväksyttävää tarkoitusta varten, jos maanomistaja on antanut siihen suostumuksen. Luoton myöntämistä ja luoton valvontaa varten tietojärjestelmän julkisia tietoja voidaan luovuttaa teknisen käyttöyhteyden avulla myös ilman maanomistajan suostumusta.
13 b §Luovutettujen tietojen käyttö
Metsätietojärjestelmästä luovutettuja tietoja saa käyttää vain siihen käyttötarkoitukseen, johon ne on luovutettu. Tiedot saa luovuttaa edelleen tai muuten antaa sivulliselle vain, jos siitä on säädetty laissa tai jos metsäkeskus on tietojen luovuttamista koskevassa päätöksessään antanut siihen nimenomaisen luvan. Metsäkeskus ei saa antaa lupaa metsätietojärjestelmän alkuperäisestä käyttötarkoituksesta poikkeavaan tietojen käsittelyyn.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
