Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kalastuksesta Tenojoen vesistössä Norjan kanssa tehdyn sopimuksen lainsäädännön alaan kuuluvien määräysten voimaansaattamisesta ja soveltamisesta annetun lain (176/2017) 8 §:n 1 momentti seuraavasti:
8 §Kalastuslupien myynnin järjestäminen
Sopimuksen 10 artiklassa tarkoitettujen kalastuslupien myynnin järjestämisestä vastaa Lapin elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskus. Alueella toimivaltainen kalatalousalue vastaa kalastuslupien myynnin järjestämisestä 1 päivästä tammikuuta 2021 lukien.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
