Laki kasvinterveyslain muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan kasvinterveyslain (1110/2019) 34 §:n 1 ja 2 momentti seuraavasti:
34 §Eräät Euroopan unionin lainsäädännöstä johtuvat korvauksensaajia koskevat edellytykset
Sen lisäksi, mitä 31—33 §:ssä säädetään, tässä laissa tarkoitettuihin kustannuksiin ja korvauksiin sovelletaan maatalousalalla toimivien yritysten osalta tiettyjen maa- ja metsätalousalan ja maaseutualueiden tukimuotojen toteamisesta sisämarkkinoille soveltuviksi Euroopan unionin toiminnasta tehdyn sopimuksen 107 ja 108 artiklan mukaisesti annetun komission asetuksen (EU) N:o …/… I lukua ja 26 ja 28 artiklaa sekä metsätalousalalla toimivien yritysten osalta maa- ja metsätalousalan ja maaseutualueiden valtiontuesta vuosina 2023—20xx annettujen Euroopan unionin suuntaviivojen (xx ) 53, 594 ja 595 kohtaa.
Edellä 1 momentissa mainitun komission asetuksen mukainen tuki voidaan maksaa vain asetuksen 2 artiklan 53 alakohdassa tarkoitetuille mikroyrityksille ja pienille ja keskisuurille yrityksille.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
