Laki lukiolain 19 ja 28 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan lukiolain (629/1998) 19 §:n 2 momentti ja 28 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin niistä on 19 §:n 2 momentti laissa 1044/2013, seuraavasti:
19 §Opiskelijaksi hakeutuminen
Hakumenettelystä tässä laissa tarkoitettuun koulutukseen säädetään valtioneuvoston asetuksella.
28 §Opintososiaaliset edut
Opetus on opiskelijalle maksutonta. Edellä 20 §:n 4 momentissa tarkoitetulta opiskelijalta sekä 18 §:ssä tarkoitetusta ylioppilastutkinnosta ja 12 §:n 2 momentissa tarkoitetuista kokeista voidaan kuitenkin periä maksuja.
