Laki sähköisen viestinnän palveluista annetun lain 304 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan sähköisen viestinnän palveluista annetun lain (917/2014) 304 §:n 1 momentin 12 kohta, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1003/2018, sekä lisätään 304 §:n 1 momenttiin, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 1003/2018, uusi 13 kohta seuraavasti:
304 §Liikenne- ja viestintäviraston erityiset tehtävät
Sen lisäksi, mitä muualla tässä laissa säädetään, Liikenne- ja viestintäviraston tehtävänä on:
12) toimia julkisesti säännellyn palvelun käyttöehdoista Galileo-ohjelman mukaisesti perustetussa maailmanlaajuisessa satelliittinavigointijärjestelmässä tehdyn Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston päätöksen N:o 1104/2011/EU mukaisena julkisesti säännellyn satelliittipalvelun vastuuviranomaisena;
13) toimia muiden kuin henkilötietojen vapaan liikkuvuuden kehyksestä Euroopan unionissa annetun Euroopan parlamentin ja neuvoston asetuksen 2018/1807 mukaisena keskitettynä yhteys- ja tietopisteenä.

Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
