1.Laki rintamasotilaseläkelain 9 ja 9 a §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan rintamasotilaseläkelain (119/1977) 9 §:n 1 momentti ja 9 a §:n 2—4 momentti, sellaisina kuin ne ovat laissa 984/2017, seuraavasti:
9 §
Henkilölle, jolle on annettu rintamasotilastunnus, rintamapalvelustunnus tai rintamatunnus, maksetaan rintamalisää 484,92 euroa vuodessa. Ulkomailla asuvalle Suomen kansalaiselle, joka ei saa kansaneläkettä, rintamalisä maksetaan ulkomaille maksettavasta rintamalisästä annetun lain (988/1988) perusteella.
9 a §
Ylimääräinen rintamalisä on täysimääräisenä 45 prosenttia ja kuitenkin vähintään 25 prosenttia siitä maksettavasta kansaneläkkeen osasta, joka ylittää 873,81 euroa vuodessa. Jos henkilöllä on kansaneläkelain (568/2007) 22 §:ssä ja kansaneläkelain voimaanpanosta annetun lain (569/2007) 8 §:ssä tarkoitettua tuloa, lukuun ottamatta kansaneläkelain 23 §:n 6 kohdassa tarkoitettua työeläkkeen korotusta ja kansaneläkelain voimaanpanosta annetun lain 10 §:n 1 ja 4 momentissa tarkoitettua etuutta tai korotusta, edellä mainittu 45 prosentin määrä alenee prosenttiyksikön kutakin tulon 58,36 euron vuotuista määrää kohden kansaneläkelain 20 §:n mukaiseen tulorajaan saakka ja sen jälkeen prosenttiyksikön kutakin tulon 144,38 euron vuotuista määrää kohden. Ylimääräistä rintamalisää määrättäessä tulo otetaan huomioon samalla tavalla kuin henkilön kansaneläkettä määrättäessä.
Jos kansaneläke on kansaneläkelain 10 §:n mukaan lykätty tai varhennettu, korotetaan edellä mainittua 873,81 euron määrää lykkäyskorotusprosentilla tai alennetaan varhennusvähennysprosentilla.
Ulkomailta maksettavaa eläkettä tai siihen rinnastettavaa jatkuvaa etuutta saavan ylimääräinen rintamalisä määräytyy sen suuruisen kansaneläkkeen sanottujen rahamäärien ylittävästä osasta, joka maksettaisiin, jos mainitut tulot otettaisiin huomioon kansaneläkettä määrättäessä. Ylimääräinen rintamalisä maksetaan kuitenkin aina vähintään 5,19 euron suuruisena.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
2.Laki ulkomaille maksettavasta rintamalisästä annetun lain 3 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan ulkomaille maksettavasta rintamalisästä annetun lain (988/1988) 3 §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 985/2017, seuraavasti:
3 §
Rintamalisä on 484,08 euroa vuodessa.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
3.Laki vammaisetuuksista annetun lain 9 a §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan vammaisetuuksista annetun lain (570/2007) 9 a §:n 1 momentti, sellaisena kuin se on laissa 986/2017, seuraavasti:
9 a §Veteraanilisä
Henkilölle, jolle maksetaan 9 §:n mukaista korotettua tai ylintä hoitotukea ja rintamasotilaseläkelain (119/1977) mukaista ylimääräistä rintamalisää, hoitotuki maksetaan veteraanilisällä korotettuna. Veteraanilisän suuruus on 85,70 euroa kuukaudessa.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
