Laki yhteisen kalastuspolitiikan seuraamusjärjestelmästä ja valvonnasta annetun lain 22 §:n muuttamisesta
Eduskunnan päätöksen mukaisesti muutetaan yhteisen kalastuspolitiikan seuraamusjärjestelmästä ja valvonnasta annetun lain (1188/2014) 22 §:n 1 ja 3 momentti seuraavasti:
22 §Alle kymmenmetrisen kalastusaluksen muita kuin kiintiöjärjestelmään kuuluvia kalalajeja koskevat saalisilmoitukset
Kokonaispituudeltaan alle kymmenen metriä pitkän kalastusaluksen kalastuslisenssinhaltijan tai tämän valtuuttaman aluksen päällikön tulee antaa vähintään kalenterikuukausittain seuraavan kalenterikuukauden 20 päivään mennessä ilmoitus kyseisellä kalastusaluksella saaduista kaikista muista kuin 21 §:n mukaisesti ilmoitettavista saaliista elinkeino-, liikenne- ja ympäristökeskukselle.
Maa- ja metsätalousministeriön asetuksella voidaan säätää tarkemmin 2 momentissa tarkoitetuista tiedoista.
§
Tämä laki tulee voimaan päivänä kuuta 20 .
